After You Purchase

Please do not send your event information immediately after checkout.

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure design questionnaire. This form allows you to:

• Select the party favor items you'd like included
• Upload your photos, logos, or inspiration images
• Enter your event details (name, age, date, colors, theme, wording, etc.)
• Provide any special requests or additional information

Once your questionnaire has been submitted, we will review your order and begin designing your custom party favors. A design proof is included with your package, it will be sent for your approval before production begins.

• Processing time begins after we receive your completed questionnaire and all required photos and information.
• High-resolution photos produce the best print quality.
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and printer settings.
• Because each order is personalized, all custom party favor sales are final.
